I've gotten away from Norton products and can only suggest you tweak Norton to accept the printer's address to pass. Again, not knowing the peculiars, check the setting of NF and see what can be done. Norton's support website should offer a solution even if you dig for it abit or use the FAQ's available.

I just installed a Dell printer adapter 3300 (with the help of dell tech support)on my Dell 964 AIO and my problem is that it will only print when you turn off the Norton internet security firewall. Are there any other setting that I can change to avoid turning the firewall on and off? Running Windows XP Home edition with sp2, wireless router is Dlink 824VUP. Dell technician said this was the way it had to be set up. I'm not so sure though.
