dell optiplex sx270 battery issue

Hi i have problems on optiplex 2x270 the system tell me battery low but i repace it and clear system event on bios but when off and start again same problem..any of you have the mother board squematic circuit?

What's the voltage you read on that battery? Tip? Use a Volt Meter (keep in mind this is basic gear for those in the business of repairing PCs.)

i read 3 vots. but iwould like to knot how the mocroprocessor read this votage or where is the curcuit on the board to track the signal to the microprocessor.

I think only Dell can tell you. Did you ask already.

But it's quite well possible they don't care what's broken, but just replace the motherboard (under warranty or on your costs).

If you can't find it under a microscope the bad news is that I've yet to see Dell publish a schematic or a procedure to fix a motherboard with this failure.

The motherboard is replaced at this point.
