Dell optiplex g100 celeron motherboard problem! Please help!

After attempting to install ram, the computer does not start. The motherboard is getting power (the back up power light comes on ) but the machine will not boot!
I have taken out the ram that I installed, and disconnected the power from the motherboard, but when it was all connected again, still nothing happened.
Any help is appreciated.
