My Mini9 has no CD/DVD drive, does this mean I have to buy an external Drive to do a Factory Restore?.

Hi, O/S is Win XP.
On my Mini9 ther is no F11 key fn's end at F10.No I have read my setup guide and there is no mention of F11 at all.
Look like i will have bite the bullet and buy an external CD/DVD drive.
