Question

Dell M301z

Mar 10, 2016 5:52PM PST

Hi folks, looking to upgrade the RAM and hardrive on my Dell M301z..........

Currently have a 1G and 2G RAM occupying my two available slots, would like to go to 8G total.

Also would like to switch to SSD perhaps 250G.

Spent a bit of time looking online so far though just wish to get the best quality/compatibility available.

Would greatly appreciate advice if you would be so kind. Thanks Happy

Hey thanks for the reply, yeah saw the Crucial one but was not sure if there was any better out there, reckon I will go for that......

For the SSD are there any particular ones I should opt for compatibility wise??

I've been snapping up model after model and have yet to see a compatibility issue. The entire system is made to make it look just like a standard SATA HDD but faster. What compatibility issue is haunting you?

And I didn't mention the clone kit I used. The one by Apricom USB 3.0 on amazon.com
