At current exchange rates I'd like to see this for at most 199 pounds and since there is no warranty (the model I linked has a short warranty) you should get closer to 99 to 149 pounds.
I am thinking about buying a used Dell Latitude E6410 for 260 pounds. I am looking for notebook used mostly for programming, internet browsing and some image processing (nothing fancy). I want a laptop with high value/price ratio that will last at least another 2-3 years.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
