Dell laptop issue Service Request # 997134444

Last month we have purchased a dell Vostro laptop and faced an issue with its hard disk and touchpad which was replaced and after replacing the part we have noticed an issue was motherboard for which we have requested for the replacement from the dell team.

We are in contact with the dell team by email and call from the last month but yet did not receive any proper ETA from their end. always we are getting a different answer from the support team.

Also, requested for the update on the dell community forum and there is also no update.

We are still waiting for the udpate from there end.

Sorry, This Forum Has Nothing To Do With Dell

We have no knowledge of your Service Request (We aren't the "Dell team")....... plus it appears like you haven't posted any topics in our CNET DELL forum AT THIS LINK, therefore I'm not sure what you're expecting of us..

Maybe you posted at some other DELL forum? Generally though, it's best to contact Dell directly and since you have a Service Request number, you probably have already. We're sorry Dell hasn't contacted you further regarding your service problem but they ARE the ones that will replace damaged parts if your computer is warranted for such.

Hope this helps.
