The vast customer support from the Dell team.
Last month we have purchased a dell Vostro laptop and faced an issue with its hard disk and touchpad which was replaced and after replacing the part we have noticed an issue was motherboard for which we have requested for the replacement from the dell team.
We are in contact with the dell team by email and call from the last month but yet did not receive any proper ETA from their end. always we are getting a different answer from the support team.
Also, requested for the update on the dell community forum and there is also no update.
We are still waiting for the udpate from there end.
