PS/2 ports are legacy items and I'm finding older support staff to write like you did. They are not equipped to handle such infections today.
-> Having written your say here, have you noticed that almost no machines today have such ports?

I don't like to complain, and I probably shouldn't in this case since I make my living this way. But I finally had to join this forum and make this post. Dell - How much money do you save by not supplying PS2 ports? There are trojans out there (multiple names), that specifically corrupt the restore points and the usb drivers on computers, so no way to get to a desktop upon loading. I have to charge people to recover their data, and then re-install the OS, and all because the mouse and keyboard aren't operational once the OS begins to load. There have been more of these recently, I did three in the last 2 weeks. I recommend lots of different brands and gadgets to people, I also tell them to stay away from brands with issues. I consider this an issue.
Are there any plans to start adding the ports to your desktops agian?
Thanks for the time,
