Question

Dell Inspiron webcam

Sep 15, 2013 6:39PM PDT

I have a fairly new Inspiron laptop that has the webcam eye in the lid. However I cannot see any way to activate it, could it be a missing driver?

Camera app
Sep 17, 2013 4:31PM PDT

Hi Rohor,

Did you purchase the system with Windows 8 operating system? If yes, then you can use the Camera App from the Start screen. Please see this VIDEO.

In case you do not see the Camera App, then you can download it from Windows Store Apps.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks and Regards,
Appu S
