What are your criteria?

Let me mention a few possible criteria people can use when choosing:
- price
- size
- weight
- battery lifetime (hours)
- service in the Philippines
- size of hard disk
- processor speed
- OS it comes with
- use (heavy gaming or a little bit browsing and mailing)
- warranty

I'll be leaving soon back home, and I have to choose between the two, which is more better, critical to decide, but objectively which do you think performs better, even considering, that I'm not a tough gamer, which of the two is much better do you think?
