I actually have a problem with my DELL INSPIRON N5110, it has a lot of scratches around the mouse pad, now can DELL care cure it, it is still in warranty. IF I PAY DELL CARE WILL THEY BE ABLE TO CURE IT

I don't think the warranty includes free scratches repair. But, then, I didn't read the small print of the warranty certificate. You surely did. If it's included, it will be free. If it's not included, you will have to pay.
Better ask the expected price before ordering a tech.
