When I visited your site the first thing I got was big box to register myself (e-mail address, name etc) without a "No, thanks" button. That would have been enough reason to go to another site if - for some reason - I'd stumbled upon yours.
But when I closed the box, I came into your shop indeed. You sell nearly everything, like T-shirts, chocolates and diapers (and much more).
That doesn't give the impression you're a laptop or electronics specialist.
Not only does your site give any reason why it would be better for me to buy a Dell with you in stead configuring and ordering it at dell.com, on the contrary the lack of focus in your shop is more than enough reason to buy it elsewhere.
Now without mentioning your site, convince me in your reply that I'm better off buying with you than buying at dell.com or a specialised computer shop, assuming I live in India (I don't, so I would never buy with you, but still you have 1 billion of potential customers left).
Since it's basically the same laptop, consider things like: price, configurability, pre-sales advice, warranty, support, repair, all of which are important for the potential buyer.
Does this help?
Hello friends!
I am seller of electronics. Dell is a great brand and I am selling dell laptops. I have very good and original quality laptops. In spite of all this my products are not selling well.
