So sorry... I am using windows vista and randomly it will just crash. It happens the most when I use the pogo web site and after sitting in sleep mode for an hour or two. and I have not blasted the vents with air...but certainly will today. I will also go and get the malware program you suggested. I am no computer pro here, so I apologize for the lack of information. Thank you so much for your suggestions.

Pogo can tax some machines. The cleaning may help.

About 2 hours on sleep. Some may demand a fix, here I change the settings from sleep to hibernate if sleep is starting to fail.

You may not want to know that sleep is problematic for Windows at times. Try unplugging USB hard drives and printers or anything we can do without for now.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
