mouse is frozen with only showing an arrow and when shutting down and restarting message showing touchpad disabled. Help!

search for "Synaptics" folder

search for "Synaptics" open sub-folders and click on one of the InstNT.exe.... this will get the device starting again. then go to "task-bar" on your desktop right bottom corner and hover around the icons u will find the icon click it and customize the icon
