While a recent repaired laptop did that.

Yours is a Windows 10 Pro Dell so after your files are safe let Dell repair it in warranty.

It was a failed HDD if you must know. That does not mean that's is what it is on your new laptop.
For example some note a Quick Boot option may fix it.
Note: Corrected spelling.

Please Note This !!!

I didn't understand what you mean but my device is brand new 2 Week Max and it didn't do that when i got it

when i bought the device it was Windows 8.1 Home Single Language

The Dell Update Software Updated The Bios And Then I Upgraded To Windows 10 Pro

Then I Noticed This Problem

Was This More Helpful

Definitely a warranty issue.

If you've dealt with or worked on PCs that don't boot on the first try it can be any number of causes from a power supply, BIOS issue and other. Those areas are not user serviceable so back to Dell.

As a test. Try turning off FAST STARTUP.

Thanks Man !!!

Thank You Very Much It Worked !!!

I Think That Means That I Don't Have Any Hardware Problem And That I Don't Have To Send The Device To Dell .

Now turn it back on.

This is the old delete the hiberfil.sys turn it on/off that we did in the past.

What ?

Why Turn It Back On ? Turning It Off Fixed The Problem !

Because in the past removing the hiberfile.sys

Which this did, fixes it and turning it back on let's us boot much faster. You can always turn it off again.
