It's either Dell or Ebay. A little tough at times and I may have to buy a dead but otherwise ok laptop just for the parts.
As to Dell's help, did you pay for the help? I find some expected to not pay for repairs.
Has anybody experienced L-hinge attachmen failure on Dell Inspiron1525. The two black grommets failed causing R-hinge attachment to tear out of case. I still have not found a replacement for them after buying new bezel and lid. Dell will not help at all, they do not care.
