dell e1505 broken screen looking to replace/upgrade

ive got a dell e1505 with a 15.4 Inch TrueLife Wide -screen WXGA, and 256MB ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1400 HyperMem?

the screen recently cracked and i have to replace it. with my current configuration, i had a 1280 x 800 resolution, but since i am getting a new screen, i would like to know if i can get a higher resolution for my laptop ie what should i look for, also, i prefer to only buy oem dell, thanks in advance

just check eBay

they have plently, and a lot of screens are cross-compatible so make sure you do a description included search
