I have two problems that i hope you can direct me to a link with a solution. Both problems involve a Dell Diminision E520, Service tage 20KB8C1 I install Windows XP Pro Service pack 2. I installed service pack 3 but my install was one of the SP# installs that gave many problems after the install so I had to do a System Restore to return to SP2. I booted into the boot menue (F12) and ran the Dell diagnostic on the on the entire system, it passed!
I have ATI RadeonX 1300XT Video Card. I installed the card and when I turn the system on I can hear it booting up but I have no video. I rebooted, removed the card and entered the bios and changed the video settings from "Intergrated video" to "Auto". Reinstalled the card and rebooted. I stll hve a blank screen. Can you please supply me with a link to help me resolve this problem?
