Just checking in. Is Dell expanding into the lorry business?
I ordered an item in Dell website.
Yesterday they called me to inform I will receive the item within the following day between 8 am and 6pm.
I asked whether they could give me a small range of hours since similarly to all people, I have a job. They couldn't do that, so I waited home infront the window.
After 6 hours without nobody aprox my house's entrance, the online status indicated that the item couldn't be delivered couse nobody was home.
After call the delivary service (BPO - DOCKLANDS)and confirm the adress I gave them was correct, they guaranteed that I will receive the item in one hour.
So, this time, in order to be sure that the delivery person do not make any mistake, I waited outside home for one hour. Although I could enjoy the cold air of London, nobody came.
When I tried to call back the delivery company, nobody replied.
Finally, I lost all day in the job, I got a cold, and I have not my item.
