I'm surrounded by Dells at the office. There has never been an issue like you read in forums BUT and this is a big one, we know where support begins and ends. Some want Dell to correct a Microsoft OS issue or repair a crashed OS.
Would that upset you if they can't do that?
And what company does this?
Hi, I wish to buy a Dell laptop. Yet in light of Dell's customer service history I feel I might be better looking elsewhere.
My question is what assurances do I have that Dell will right a wrong under warranty and not jack me around?
