Dell become unresponsive by unknown reason

My dell becom unresponsive after 5-8 minutes after start. The problem is solved by manuall reboot.

Model: PE 1750

System configuration:

BIOS firmware revision: A12

System: Windows Server 2003 (was trying Linux with the same result).

CPU: 2xIntel Xeon 3.2

RAM: 3Gb Ecc

HDD: 300Gb

This is strange, but if I use only 1 CPU then all works ok...
What information I need to watch, in windows system log I can't find any information? Thanks.

Looks like some server. Time to call Dell to service it.
