Resolved Question

Dell and Corporate Social Responsibility

How responsible do you rate Dells CSR policy on a scale of 1 - 5 (1 being very poor 5 being excellent). This is primary research for my HND Research Project. Any comments also gratefully received
Thank you. Joanne

Thank you for your reply.
Thanks for the link I have already incorporated that into my research project, in fact it’s practically my report as it stands,. I am trying to get some primary feedback into how Dell customers actually perceive Dells CSR. But as you point out the main source is from Dell. I will be doing a smaller comparison with IBM and Lenovo, regarding recycling specifically . I will have to think of a different question
Thank you again for your reply I found it most helpful.

Perception is a funny thing.

US Politics as an example.

As such is all perception when I get into this area I want to remove perception and get to cold hard facts. If you want perception then you don't need facts. Just set up a poll and you are don.

Need I mention Brexit

Utter chaos all around (I am a Remainer or Remoaner as we get labelled by the majority of the British press).
Anyway ! I digress.. thank you again for your reply. I have signed up for a free subscription to and will indeed post a poll. Not sure exactly how yet or what specific questions but at least I now have a plan.
Thanks again for your input.
