Question

Dell All in one Printer 924

Jul 8, 2012 9:15PM PDT

My Printer shows a cardridge error 1203. The Manual recommends I unplug it and reset the cartridges which I have done to no avail. When I try to print it also indicates unsupported cartriges which is surprising because the they were purchased from Dell. Can anyone help please?

Is this the printer from 2007?

If so, you may find replacement to cost less than repairs.

Hi Tabley

My name is Vikram and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. You can put alternate cartridges to see if that fixes the issue. If not, you may consider replacing the printer.

Glad to assist you!
