I want to buy a dell 6000. It's available through dell home, business and epp (education). My question is whether or not there's an actual difference in quality in customer support and service if I buy it through dell epp, for example, versus dell home. Does anyone have any experience buying a dell 6000 through dell epp who can comment on this?
I've been reading that people w/ 6000s bought through dell home are having big gripes about the India-based customer service. If I can, I'd rather pay a little more through epp and get service I know won't take me 5 hours on hold to get. Please help.
