Help! This is one that has got me baffled...I acquired a trjan which was identified by Norton Systemworks antivirus software. I located the folder and file in my programs folder on my HD but, when I try to delete the file, it flashes 2 messages: the first says the file quarantine/delete failed; the second says that I do not have access to this file. During this time, this trojan denies me access to the internet. Interestingly, when I delete the Norton program, the Internet will load and run correctly. WHen I reload Norton, the computer reverts to the process I described above. CAn someone tell me how to get rid of this trojan?
THanks
