Question

Deleting Logged Numbers ...???

May 11, 2014 10:13PM PDT

I have a Samsung Cellphone...No problem Deleting numbers that were logged after making a Call..It's Text Messages made, all those numbers that were Logged since the day the phone was activated...I accessed those numbers by Clicking the Message App, then Contacts Tab, then move the Underlining Bar to Logs...There is a Check Off window beside each number, all this does is bring up that number should I wish to communicate further..Can Not bring up the Delete Bar, To No Avail..Doesn't this eventually use up space continually logging the numbers from Messaging / Texting ??

Answer
I do not have your model.

And you didn't reveal the exact model but so far I've found more than one way. From a factory reset, a menu pick to press and hold the item till a delete or trash can shows.

Are you telling me Samsung and the carrier are not answering? If not, why are you doing business with such terrible folk?
