I'll write no. If one wants to backup and restore Outlook 2000 information the articles at google.com that you find with OL2000 BACKUP are used. If you make up another way, be sure to test how it works.
For me, I just use the documented methods since I don't have the time to create my own mess.
I moved my, close to 2,000 "inbox" messages, to a briefcase file last week. I was going to burn a CD, but thought the file would be safe in my briefcase file for a while so I went into Outlook and deleted all my messages and of course it also took all the messages out of my briefcase. Is there any way to retrieve my messages so I can burn them to a CD? I'm fairly new at this so make it simple please. Thank you in advance for your help.
