Deleted images from JVC HDD

I accidently delected images from my JVC HDD - is there anyway to get them back???

Thanks for your reply, but I did call JVC and they told me to call Dell (which is my brand of laptop)...not much help there.

The model number in question

I have a GZ-MG30U JVC Hard Disk Camcorder - I attached the USB cable to my PC and downloaded the images with the software provided..I saw the images on my PC so I deleted them from the Hard Disk - then when I went back to my PC to look at the photos, they were gone. Tried to access them on the Camcorder and they were none there either. Not all the images were lost, just a few. I will call the service mentioned in the tread to see if they can help - THANK YOU!!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
