dektop reboots

my hdd(win 10) in my desktop was full so i formatted the HDD, i installed a new OS( win 10). after when i boot the machine it will boot to the windows page(win logo) and then reboots.. over and over.. what might be the cause..

when i put the HDD in a new desktop it works. but when i put it in my system unit it keep rebooting.

Windows is supposed to run only on the machine where you installed it on. To run on the new desktop, install there. To run on the laptop, install on the laptop.

Go back to what I wrote above and reload the OS.
