defragmenting and auto launch

I asked about defragmenting problems on my win98.Nothing has worked.

And recently I have installded aol 9.0 and now when I start my computer it starts aol automatically within a few minutes why? And how do I stop this? HELP!!!

Windows 98 users may use the DEFRAG.INF located in the \Tools\MTSutil folder on the Win98 CD if you have it. Copy the file to the hard disk somewhere if you want to make ready use of it. (For further information, see the Mtsutil.txt file in that location).
