Deleting files is not going to fix a problem with virtual memory. See this thread for ideas on how to fix your virtual memory problem:

I have windows XP,PRO, DELL OPTIPLEX GX260.this is a rebuild but thats not a problem,it started with not enough vertual memeroy I fixed that by taking off all my pic'music,all my files and video's and I got back 6.85,GB. now comes the problem i have one framented file thats 193.730 wich comes out to 23.40 GB's,the file is\media\vedio\my Album\video001.avi.
So how do I get to this file to delete it there has to be a way i can do this with out screwing up this comp.
