How about a little information about your situation ? What phone make/model, what cell phone carrier, where/how was it purchased, what country are you in, what type of problem were you having ??
Not enough information to offer any advice or to sympathize with your plight without additional information.
I am less than pleased my phone was returned to me in the same fashion it was sent to you. I spoke to an agent on Friday 4/13 and was advised that the phone was fixed and in route to me.
Imagine my surprise that the phone was not repaired and pretty much stating that I am **** out of luck. The phone in question has been sitting for almost a year due to it slipping out of my hand. How does dropping it cause corrosion?.... that seems to be a defect within the phone. To say that I am PISSED isn't quite representing my feelings at this moment. I am a loyal Samsung customer which you can verify by viewing all of the phones under my email *******@gmail.com and *******@gmail.com
I have 7 lines currently which all have Samsung phones. I've had every S series and all of the notes INCLUDING the one that set fire.
It's sad that this event alone is making me consider getting all IPhones. If Samsung doesn't appreciate my loyalty I'll be forced to switch manufacturers. I have been paying for a phone that has not been in use for 10 months.
I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB
Thank you,
