Run the Tweak Test and follow the prompts.

It will give you an analysis of your connection and any corrections you may need.

You can start by downloading Dr. TCP, a tool that will allow to change the values of MTU and RWIN without the need of editing the registry:

Good luck!

I'm just interested in finding out what the original default MTU and RWIN settings are. Not the tweaked settings. Thanks for the info, but i've been to lot of sites and haven't the original defaults.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
