Default password for 65SJ8000 LG TV

My LG TV has shut down all sound both internally and on a sound bar and has made viewing all option screens impossible except on “game.” I have been told to go to “Reset initial settings” to try to correct the matter, but when I go there I am asked for my 4-digit password. I never had a password. In its absence I am supposed to be able to go to the default password “in the User’s Manual.” I cannot find any default password n any manual. Can someone tell me the default password so I do not have to find and use the “Live Chat” function for LG? Thanks!
