Sorry for the lack of details, I was in a bit of a rush when I was posting this.
The specifications are:
Lenovo all in one, Windows 10, Intel(R) Core(MT) i3-3220 CPU @3.30GHz, RAM 8.00, X64bits, HD Graphics 2500, Available Graphics Memory: 1792MB, Dedicated Video Memory: 32MB.
The game I'm looking at asks for 256MB of Dedicated Video Ram, all for the other requirements are met, I saw that the Dedicated Video Memory Could be increased by going through: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Intel\GMM, create a REG_DWORD value named “DedicatedSegmentSize”, I did, made the modifications but the Dedicated Video Memory remained at 32MB, I saw many post of others that had 2 or 4 of Ram and it worked for them, but the ones with 8RAM, had the same problem I encountered when trying to change to 1024MB.
I have seen several tutorials on how to increase the dedicated video card and it seems that as of now the only way to do this is to follow the path : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Intel\GMM, create a REG_DWORD value named “DedicatedSegmentSize”, I've noticed that many are able to do this but the people with 8GB are unable to change the dedicated video, is there a reason for this or could someone care to share a solution for this please.
I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank You
