Question

Dedicated Ethernet!

Jan 1, 2014 11:23PM PST

Okay, quick question.

I'm getting a dedicated ethernet line. It was really cheap and I live stream a lot of stuff.

I'm getting the 3x3 dedicated ethernet option.. but I can't find anywhere on g00gle about how fast dedicated is compared to a regular 3mbps line. I can't find anything but stupid Gigabit speed tests.. So in terms of what I'd be getting when i hit speedtest.net, what would it be?
Thanks!

A bit more information that may not be true but,

I was told that as far as streaming, HD streaming minimum is 3mbps but recommended around 7-8mbps.
I'm not thinking that these speeds would be quite up to par..so any help would be much appreciated!

Why not ask the person or company that ordered it and pays for it to ask what exactly was ordered?

Ethernet usually is 100 or 1000 mbps (that's called gigabit Ethernet, quite common nowadays).

T3 is 28xT1 speed...which would be about 45mbps.
