If you don't know what to buy exactly then face it... you probably don't want either badly enough to not make it a piece of electronic junk lying around your house after a while.
But if you open up a bank account and put all the toy money you can grab off your parents in to it whenever you get the chance... after a while you'll be able to afford a toy of a much higher price-class than that of whatever you can buy with the usual "that time" money. Look at the bright side... if you find something else you really like tomorrow you can always go and get it then!
I'll be honest with you... most people lack the self-discipline to do something like that... that's why electronics companies and such exist this long! lol
Well, now is the time that I am going to buy my large gift for myself. I am caught between an Apple MacBook Black and an Xbox 360 Elite. I can't quite decide which one yet. They would both have around the same price point after I added everything to the 360, but an extra $250 at least is required for the MacBook. I am a casual gamer, and for the Macbook the games I would want to play would work on it. We are also getting a new TV this year, and it's going to be HD, so the 360 would look great on it. also love to browse the web and do stuff with the computer, as my Dad calls me a computer geek. Any help will be welcome.
