What if this was Google as they issue a new Android or a carrier "enhancement"?
Recently, your Samsung elves came into my home (my Galaxy phone) and rearranged my furniture (updated the look). Then, they stole my sight (changed the look and locations of various functions) and left me to trip and stumble and curse while I tried to find my way around all over again (did I mention cursing?).
Please stop changing things for the sake of marketing. I bought it because I liked how it looked and functioned at that time. Change can be good, but there's something to be said for comfort and familiarity. I don't want my phone to change so much that it makes it completely impossible to utilize it until I learn it all over again. If I want my phone to change, I'll go buy a new one.
Truly, my cell phone and computer have become part of my personal space, so it's almost like being violated when you make such drastic (and in this case, visually UGLY changes) in my personal space.
Long time customer,
