Shostakovich. (How could I have missed that? Scratches head...) Such phenomenal talent clearly has a brainwashing effect on me. (Say no more.)

More importantly, if that ain't a genetic hereditary thing, then I don't know what is.

PS I'm really good at making Yorkshire Puddings. I rest my case.

It's easy to say that an offspring had a head-start into the commercial world from their parents - and if Natalie Cole comes into this category for instance then maybe that is no bad thing, given her undeniable talent.

Norah is a good example of those who don't display an obvious link to parentage (thanks for that knowledge). Of course, I haven't tasted her Yorkshire Puddings yet, but maybe her mindset is more linked to harmonics than oven temperature. I guess JVega will know more about this than I.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
