Move to asking for refund. If they don't budge, check your fine print and head to small claims court.
I bought a new Samsung 4k TV 65" KS8200 two month ago from the samsung website.
Last week I noticed a red pixel on the left side of the tv.
The dead pixel is 11" far from the side and 16" from the center the tv.
A samsung technician came out and sent a picture to samsung and they said that the dead pixel shouldn't bother me because it's not central.
The pixel is bright red and very visible and believe me it bothers me a lot.
anybody here think that this is unacceptable?
A two month old tv already failing after two months?
Anything I can do?
