Makeing a new life - New!

Well, I'm thinking about upgrading my comp, I want to keep as much as posible of the old one, that would be housing and cd/dvd drives.
So, Is this a ok setup?

Let me know if something won't fit or something is cheaper or giving some extra money would give a nice boost.

Thanks alot!

it's a bit odd that here in the US 400gb drives are mostly discontinued since 500gb drives are cheaper. but your 400gb seems to be a good choice. keep price checking to make sure.

I changed it to a samsung spinpoint F1 500 GB 16 MB, mostly because this had NCQ support. A very good call it I may say so, but what is NCQ support?

I poked around a bit, found this:

According to this test NCQ actually will slow down my use, is this so? It's an old test, surely they have fixed this by now?
