How can I prevent my server from DDoS Attack ???

Usually by removing why it's under DDoS attack.

I take it you are new and dismissed prior discussions so there's priors to read and I'll not duplicate those and head to the usual. Remove the reason there is a DDoS going on. If you are running a game server, then stop the server. Enjoy the game rather than be a punching bag.
