General discussion

Hello all,

I have a sony handycam dcr-sr42 and I am trying to burn a DVD, where the video on the DVD has the same date and time of day data as is shown on the handycam in playback mode.

Anyone have any ideas??

Many thanks in advance.

(NT) Your DVD creation software has to add that.

I am new to this technology...could you be a little more specific? I am not sure what or who NT is. The software that came with the camera will not do the job (according to Sony). I am interested in software/techniques that will.

Thanks for your help.

But it's as simple as I can write it.

When you create your DVD, the software you use would have to add that.

"The software that came with the camera will not do the job"

Now go try demos from Sony Vegas and look on for such software to add it.
