my dbp1500 is about a year old i am having a problem playing the new release blu-ray movies. the movie will load to the opening movie menu but when you click the play movie tab it will just reload to the movie menu again, any suggestions? please advise.

You know to call 1-800-SAMSUNG to report the title and ask for a fix.
Others note that unplugging the internet connection helps for some titles and players.

Hi i have download the optimization on a usb key when i putt the key in the usb port behind the bluray he detect butt anything i try to do the menu or whatever, nothing work i dont know what doing to install this on the bluray for he read the bluray and other fonctions
