I have had this unit for about 3 years and upgraded to software version 1032.1 to resolve this problem once. It worked fine through about 3 months of Netflix and sometime after discontinuing that subscription it failed to connect to the modem using wired cat 6 Ethernet. I had been showing video and photo slide shows and it just stopped working. I tried updating with USB and it does not recognize any files. I tried resetting the unit and still no good. I tested my connection using a laptop with the radio shut off and the cable tests perfectly and I am able to display photos and videos from the USP connection.
Testing the unit network setting shows the failure in connecting to the modem. I used the addressing directly from my modem to manually set the unit and still not connecting. Phone and in store support have not been successful.
The display on the front shows ONLINE when I attempt to connect.
