Dayton, OH shooter

24 year old male....in front of a bar....9 killed, 26/27 hurt (hurt victim number varies)….of the 9 killed they ranged in age from 22 to 57....he never made it inside the bar.

What was revealed today....the 22 year old killed was HIS OWN SISTER. I wonder if he knew that as he sprayed the crowd in his rage/determination........or was it coincidence that he picked THAT bar at THAT exact moment? His family....like other shooter's families..... are probably devastated and horrified that their kid could do something so obscene to other human beings. But now they have to look at him and know they just lost another child at the same time he's lost to them....and that it was done deliberately.

Hear anything about the 'mass shooting' in Chicago? Probably not. Liberal press mentioned in passing, but didn't involve a "WHITE NATIONALIST TERRORIST" as Buttigeig termed the El Paso shooter, just before blaming Trump.

Both early morning. Only one so far had a fatality. Both reported by the same national MSM that I was watching for Ohio updates.
Likely to be Black on Black crime, as usual.

Brother and sister traveled together to the venue. They separated in the parking lot. It's reasonable to assume he was not in killing costume. He showed up later than she did.

Pictures show many numbered yellow pyramids in clusters on the pavement. Like the ones you take to your table after ordering fast food. These are not those. They are "evidence markers". The only evidence they could be marking would be the shell casings ejected by the shooter's weapon, and perhaps a few from the beat cops who killed him. (Likely 9 mm or .40 cal.)

"AK-type" as the police reported is informative enough for us, but probably it was a US AR-based military firearm. The Kalashnikov is commonly had in 7.62 x 39 mm caliber. The Dayton weapon is reported as the smaller but also deadly, 5.62 mm, or 2.63 mm (I think). A 'Nam era gun. (AK is WWII.)

Neither one is what I would take into Montana as a sport hunter. (Which I'm not.) The rapid fire* accuracy falls off rapidly at the distances which the wary game usually affords. Works just fine on a crowded sidewalk, though. Bolt action .303 or similar is just fine for the one clear shot you're likely to get in the hills.
The semis were designed for their respective armies as man killers.

* Demo'd on the various news videos out of El Paso and Dayton. Now that you've heard it, imagine you and your partner going up against it with a couple of Glock 9s. But they did.
He was at the open door of the club, which was packed. He had extra high-count magazines. The spokeswoman correctly said that those cops "prevented hundreds" of fatalities.

Fact is, if all the guns and accessories discussed on the site I referenced were to disappear, no hunter would be inconvenienced.
I'll hold that up as a fact, regardless of any well-financed statements to the contrary. I know hunters; I know what they tell me about weapons. I read gun mags when I come across them.

That said, the only cure for the problem is a change of heart condition in the human population. Then, you can have a pile of weapons on the street operational and loaded, and no one interested in picking one up. For any reason.
This will happen, says the Bible, but it won't be pleasant for those who resist the change.

Dayton shooter was a Left Wing, Bernie and Warren supporter who was into some perverted stuff, and for years made "kill lists". Reminds me of the Gabby shooter the Left was trying to blame conservatives for till they discovered it was one of their own, as this one.
