DAX error?

Hey all,

I'm trying to help my brother solve a problem with his computer. When he logs on to the 'net, he gets this message: "DAX Error Failed to set data for 'Date".

Does anyone have any idea as to what this is and what it takes to solve it?

thanks in advance.

I'd be scanning for virus, trojan and spyware.

That's not something that came with Windows.

Borland's Delphi will generate...

such errors for various reasons.

Knowing EXACTLY what is going on and how he gets the error might help.

Since the error is often associated with various adware/spyware/malware you might consider having your brother go to this link and DOING EVERYTHINH suggested in the order suggested.
