datebook and phone book updating from M515 to TX

I made a mistake because I didn't make an automatic update of my datebook and phone book from M515 to TX.
I made a new setup of Palm TX and left the files on a SD card. This because I wanted to start with a completely "clean" TX. If I only have the files for date and phone book on this card, how do I transfer this on HotSynch? Every time I copied the file datebookDB the Synch failed and I had to mahe a hard reset. Which files should be copied? I would appreciate an answer if anyone knows.
