Datavideo DAC-200

I purchased a datavideo DAC-200 to convert all my old analogue VHS tapes to digital, so I could edit them in iMovie. The first time it all worked fine. Now I do not get any audio when I capture or playback. Has anyone else experienced this problem and could offer any suggestions please ?

Maybe you forgot the audio input cables? or...

connecting it to the wrong place? What connections are you using for the input and output?

I am using the cable with the yellow (video) and red and white (audio). I have the checked and al are correctly connected. The thing is it did work, and now it doesn't, and I have not changed anything.
