Oh, oh Larry Happy

Never heard of rightclicking and "saving target as" ??

I did that and now I click cleaner.cdb
Dec 1, 2003 7:52AM PST

on my desktop and it asks where to open
I said the cleaner
the cleaner opened and it scanned the file, but does that mean I got the update?

I'm not happy with them
first I paid 30 for a program
and now I have to pay another 15 to get the upgrade or be left with a program that doesn't automaticly update

i'm not happy

No, don't open the .cdb file. You should cut and paste it from your desktop to C:\Program Files\The Cleaner
You will receive a prompt if you want to replace the old .cdb file, select yes.

I ran moolive and there were no updates. I got the same email.

Why should we have to go through cutting and pasting?

Hi Dorothy,
Had to write 'copy and paste' because LarryD saved the .cdb file in the desktop. Failed to mention to him that he can save the .cdb file directly in TC directory.
